Because our perfume oils are personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a defect or issue with your order

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used perfume oils
- Personal care items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect orders. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
