Shipping policy

Processing Time

All LALI & TAL perfume oils are made in small batches and carefully packed by hand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods or markets, processing times may vary slightly — thank you for your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We currently ship within the United States.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
